Technology stocks have climbed back to nearly even for today, erasing a narrow decline earlier Tuesday, with shares of tech companies in the S&P 500 sinking less than 0.1% just before the closing bell.

In company news, JD.com ( JD ) rose Tuesday, climbing over 3% to a session high today of $40.29 a share after the Chinese e-commerce company late yesterday launched a new, exclusive full-price online luxury shopping platform called Toplife.

“Our deep understanding of high-end consumers has enabled us to launch a luxury e-commerce ecosystem that provides a truly premium shopping experience,” board chairman and CEO Richard Liu said in prepared remarks, later adding the new platform “aims to mirror the offline luxury shopping experience in a premium e- commerce experience.”

In other sector news,

(+) TISA, Hired to set up an automated trade finance document processing system for “one of the largest financial services groups in southeast Asia with over 500 branches.” Financial terms and other details of the contract were not disclosed.

(-) XPLR , Malin USA places new order for an unspecified number of the company’s XSLATE R12 rugged tablet computers to support new technicians working for the forklift maintenance company.
